Reminder: Level VII Wellness Seminar Tomorrow!

This is a reminder that there is Mental Wellness Seminar for Level VII with our consulting therapist Josh Spell scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday November 15th from 10:00-11:00 in the JDBR. These seminars are mandatory, and are part of PNB’s commitment to promoting healthy emotional development for our students! Roll will be taken at each meeting for attendance. If you are unable to attend for any reason please contact us through the school inbox at pnbschool@pnb.org.

Students who serve as class assistants will be excused from assisting to attend their seminars when the times conflict.

PC & FRC Level V Fall Conference Sign-Up!

Afternoon Seattle & Bellevue Level V Families,

We are delighted to have you back this fall! Individual student/parent conferencing for our Level V students are coming up in December.

This year we are introducing a new conference format! Conferences will replace Level V classes on your students respective conference date, and will take place over Zoom in 15 minute time blocks.

Seattle Level V conferences will take place on Tuesday December 2nd from 4:00pm-5:45pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm.

Bellevue Level V conferences will take place on Monday December 8th from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

As always, the student conferences will include discussions about your progress and mastering technique and artistry. Prior to conferences, your teachers work collectively to communicate their individual observations and corrections for each student. Conferences provide a platform to discuss not only what you are working on in class in the way of technique, but also your plans for the future and how we can help guide you successfully into the next chapter in your life. Parents and students please come prepared with questions and let us know how we can help make this a successful year for you.

UPDATE: Student Rental Request Form 2025-2026

Good Afternoon PNBS Families!

Please find the updated Student Rental Request Form 2025-2026 below!

As auditions near, we want to remind our families that you can rent a studio from either location to record a video or take pictures for an upcoming audition. Attached in this post is our Updated Student Rental Request Form for the 2025-2026 year. This form will need to be filled out in advance and emailed to the school for approval. Due to the number of students this year, we cannot accommodate walk in requests. Students are allowed one parent to come in for the rental. Please provide two dates on the form with the times available for your student to come in. 

If you need a faculty member for your rental, please note this on the email when you send in the request. Not all rentals can guarantee a faculty member to be present. If you need a faculty member, this will be a $100 per hour charge not included in the base rental price. If you are renting with others, all students must fill out the rental form first and email the school for approval. Only 1 student will have to pay for the rental. There is a max of 2 students per rental. Rentals start at $45 an hour with a 90-minute max per session. Photographs start at $25 for 30 minutes. We will be unavailable to accept student rentals over the winter break.

PNB School Veteran’s Day Attendance Policy

We are reaching out to remind you that we will still be holding all of our regularly scheduled classes as planned today, November 10th, and tomorrow, Veteran’s Day November 11th.

We completely understand if your family would like to take these days off in recognition of Veteran’s Day, we are happy to excuse dancers who will be absent from class due to the holiday. Please report any absences to the school by emailing pnbschool@pnb.org, or by giving us a call.

Updated Level VII Pointe/Pas dates!

Hi Level VII families,

Due to the early closure on Halloween we have adjusted the Level VII pointe/pas dates to reflect not having class on 10/31. Updated dates are posted in the school lounge!

This Friday 11/7:

Group 1 will be having Pas class

Group 2 will be having Pointe class

Please Return Borrowed Tights!

Hello PNBS Families,

At the beginning of this year, we ordered lots of new tights to loan out to students who need them and they’re all gone! We ask that you please return any pair of tights you’ve borrowed so that we can continue to provide uniforms to dancers in a pinch. If you’re unsure if you have any school tights, please check the waistband for “PNBS” written in black lettering! Please return them clean and dry!

REMINDER: Quarter 2 Starts Next Week!

Good afternoon PNBS families!

This is a friendly reminder that Quarter 2 starts on Monday, November 10! If you registered with a Quarterly payment plan, your card will be charged automatically on Monday.

Please let us know by this Saturday, November 8th if you are choosing to withdraw and would like to be removed from autopay. Any withdrawals who have paid in full or are on the Biannual payment plan will be refunded. Please note we do not issue mid-quarter refunds. As a reminder, here are the quarter dates for the 2025-2026 school year:

Quarter 1     September 8-November 8

Quarter 2     November 10-January 31

Quarter 3     February 2-April 4

Quarter 4     April 6-June 13
