IMPORTANT Registration Update & Final Week Reminders

Hello Level VII families,

We have lots of important information and reminders for you as we head into the home stretch of the 2025-2026 year:

Ongoing Registration System Issues

Our IT and Website teams have been working hard to identify and solve the issues with our web server and registration software. Unfortunately, registration letters still cannot be sent out at this time. We know how carefully each of you plan your family’s schedule, and we are very sorry for the continued delays.

We will be pausing the entire registration process through the weekend. We will wait until Monday to re-evaluate, please keep an eye out for updates via the Parent Portal notifications. Thank you so much for your patience.

Final Week & School Performance

Next week, June 8 – June 13 is the final week of the PNBS 25-26 school year! Level VII will have a modified schedule with some classes and rehearsals, please check dates, times, and locations carefully.

McCaw Hall + Performance Reminders:

Students must arrive on time. Please arrange to leave school early on the day of your Dress Rehearsal if necessary, and anticipate traffic
Parents are not permitted beyond the backstage door
Students should eat before they come to McCaw Hall for rehearsals and the performance
BEFORE LEAVING HOME check that your student has at least one pair of clean tights and their shoes
Please no gum at any time
Electronic devices of any kind are not allowed backstage or during the performance at McCaw Hall
Water must be in a secured bottle
Tidy snacks are permitted to be consumed in street clothes only, absolutely no eating in costume
The PGA will be selling beautiful bouquets of flowers! Please wait until after the performance to present your students with flowers

Lost and Found

Please take a moment to look through our lost and found displays in the FRC lobby and Phelps Center Library! All items not collected by Saturday June 13 will be donated.

I-5 North Closure 6/5-6/8

Finally, a reminder that Northbound I-5 from the I-90 interchange to NE 45th Street will be completely closed this weekend starting tonight, Friday at 9pm through Monday at 5am. This will significantly impact traffic and travel times for tomorrow, plan accordingly as needed.

Important Registration Update

Good afternoon,

We have another update regarding fall registration letters. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing technical issues with our web server, which have continued to delay the process.

We understand this is not ideal timing and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that we are just as eager to get these letters out to you and are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Our current goal is to send the registration letters tomorrow, June 5.

Tots Last Class Observation Day

Hello Tots Families,

We are thrilled to invite you to observe your student’s class, please find the designated observation date and time for your dancer below!

We ask that each student bring no more than 2 guests, and that all guests check-in at the front desk and wear a PNB Parent/Guardian sticker for the entire duration of their visit.

Schedule

There are a few things we would like you to keep in mind when observing classes:

– Please plan to stay for the entire class period; leaving during class can be distracting. If you do need to leave the studio during class, please wait for an appropriate break before leaving and re-entering

– Please do not bring children under the age of 5.

– No cell phones, cameras or recording devices are allowed during classes.

– Food or drink is not permitted in the studios.

– Please: no talking during class.

– Taking notes is not permitted.

– We are not able to offer makeup observation days

Important Update: 2026-2027 Registration Delayed

Good afternoon,

We wanted to share a quick update regarding fall registration letters. After beginning the process earlier today, we ran into a technical issue with our web server that has temporarily paused progress. Our IT department is actively working to resolve the issue, but have not yet been able to do so.

As a result, we now plan to send registration letters tomorrow, June 4.

We apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Reminder: New Voices Showings Tomorrow 6/3

Hello New Voices I and II students and families,

This is a reminder that tomorrow are the final New Voices I & II Showings! Both classes will be presenting original work, and NV II will additionally be showing choreography by Company dancer Amanda Morgan. All showings will take place in Studio C at the Phelps Center in Seattle.

New Voices I: 6:15pm-7:15pm

New Voices II: 7:30pm-8:30pm

Please note that there is an event at Climate Pledge Arena at 6pm that may affect traffic and parking.

2026-2027 Registration opens TOMORROW Wednesday 6/3!

Dear PNBS Families,

We are happy to share that registration links for the 2026-27 school year will be emailed tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3!

Due to our registration system, we will begin sending registration links sometime after noon (12pm) to each individual level and location and expect the process to take a few hours to complete. We appreciate your continued support. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Reminder: register now for the FRC Summer Day Program!

We hope to see your dancer this summer! The Summer Day Program at the FRC provides young dancers the opportunity to continue developing their ballet technique, as well as explore other styles of dance!

PNB School students currently enrolled in Level III are invited to register for Summer Day Program at the Francia Russell Center in Bellevue. The 5-week program for Level III runs from July 6-August 7, 2026. There will be an in-studio mini-performance for families on the last Friday of the session for dancers to demonstrate what they have learned during the FRC Summer Day Program.

CLASSES:

CLASS SCHEDULE: Click here for the 2026 CLASS SCHEDULE. All schedules are subject to change.

Registration

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; classes may fill to capacity.
To secure your place in the program, complete the 2026 Registration Form and submit your non-refundable registration fee and deposit no later than June 1, 2026.
Tuition and Registration Fee must be paid in full by June 1, 2026. You may opt to pay in full at the time of registration, or pay only the non-refundable Registration Fee and Deposit, with the remaining tuition balance automatically charged to the same card on June 1, 2026.
Please contact the School Registrar at pnbschool@pnb.org if you would like to set up a payment plan or be placed on a waiting list for a class that is full.

Tuition Refund Policy

The Registration fee and deposit are non-refundable.
No tuition refunds will be given after June 1, 2026.
No tuition refunds will be given for any reason other than severe injury (injury preventing student from attending; the school must receive medical documentation of injury when considering a refund).
