Hello Level IV families,

We are so excited to welcome you back to classes in September! 

We are reaching out today to share our most up to date 2026-2027 class schedule. Our School Leadership has needed to make some changes due to studio and teacher availability. Please check the schedule linked below to see if your dancer’s class was affected, and save these schedules for your records! Changes are highlighted in yellow. 

Reach out to us with any questions or issues. If needed, we can help swap your student to another section, depending on availability. If you are not sure what section your dancer is in reply to this email and our team can check for you!

School Performance pick up clarification

Hello families,

If you are receiving this message it is because your dancer is performing in Act II of our School Performance(s) today. This means your dancer will need to be picked up following the performance from the McCaw Hall stage door, not the 2nd tier.

Traffic Advisory: Saturday June 13th, School Performance 2026

Hello PNBS families,

We are reaching out to let you know that we are anticipating greater traffic than usual due to a few events this Saturday June 13 in Seattle.

As you know, this Saturday is also our School Performance, and it is imperative your dancer is on time for check in! Please read through the events below and make a plan any may impact your commute to McCaw Hall this Saturday.

We will start check in at the time listed on your schedules, if you are early that is great, however we are not able to allow students early entry to their dressing rooms.

Please let us know if you have any questions at all about School Performance!

Call for Volunteers 2026 School Performance!

Hello PNBS families,

The PNB School Parent/Guardian Association is looking for volunteers to help sell/distribute flower bouquets and merchandise before, during intermission and after each performance on Saturday, June 13th. If you are available to help, the PGA would greatly appreciate it!

Registration Update: issues continue

We apologize for the two posts in one day regarding fall registration. We hope this is our final update on the delay. Everything was working as planned this afternoon when the error reoccurred. Our IT team believes the fix will be in place by tomorrow morning, although at this point we cannot guarantee it, as this issue is highly unusual and something we have not encountered before.

We will roll out registration as soon as we receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

We hear and understand your frustration, especially as many dancers are eager to secure their preferred classes and schedules. We are truly sorry for the continued disruption during such an important time in planning for the upcoming school year. Thank you again for your patience.

Registration Update: We Will Resume Sending Letters This Afternoon

We’re pleased to share that the technical issues affecting registration have been resolved, and we will resume sending registration letters this afternoon. They will be distributed on a rolling basis by registration level to ensure the system runs smoothly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver all information as quickly as possible!

2026 End of Year Locker Clean Out!

Hello PNB school families,

If your student has been using a locker this year, we ask that they take time to clean out all their belongings before School Performance.

The deadline to clean out lockers will be Saturday, June 13th. Any leftover items will be donated!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the school.
