Bellevue Level III A & B Conference Sign-Up

Hello, Bellevue Level III families! 

It is time to sign-up for your student-teacher conference!

To state again from our earlier message, each year in the spring, we hold student conferences for Level III families via Zoom.  Conferences are an important time to discuss progress from the past year and set goals.  

In preparation for conferences, the Level III faculty work collectively to communicate their observations and corrections for each student. Conferences address effort, attendance, understanding of ballet concepts, and technical and physical development. Conferences last approximately 20 minutes and involve the student, parent(s) or guardian, and two representatives of the School, including the student’s teacher and the School Principal, School Supervisor, or Managing Director.   

Students are expected to take notes during their conference to use as a reference. Parents/guardians should discuss these evaluations with their child to ensure a shared understanding of the student’s progress.

Class placement for the 2025-2026 year will be discussed. Please note: advancement from one level to the next is not automatic. It is not uncommon for students to spend two to three years in a level as they progress through the school.

Conferences will be scheduled via Zoom to accommodate working parents and allow for better scheduling. Click the sign-up link below with your student’s class and find a time that works best for your family. Your student must be available to attend. If you have any scheduling concerns or changes, please email pnbschool@pnb.org, and Erin Rolseth, from our School Admin team, will reach out to you.

SEATTLE Level V Modern Cancelled 4/5/25

Good Morning Seattle Level V Families,

Unfortunately due to teacher illness and being unable to find a substitute, we are cancelling level V Modern from 2:30pm-3:30pm today, 4/5/25. Your dancers will be finished with classes at 2:30pm today.

Seattle: Mentorship Class Change

Hello Level VI and Adv C Families,

Due to one of your Mentors having an injury we will not be holding the VI w/ Adv C Pas class this evening.

The Adv C class will resume their normal schedule of having Strength with Mr. Hipolito at 7:30pm and the level VI class will resume their normal schedule of having Pointe with Ms. Hanson at 7:30pm.

Level VIIA Conference Reminder!

Hi Level VII families,

The conferences for Level VIIA start today! The zoom links can be found HERE on the sign up sheet. On some of the conference dates there will be multiple meetings happening the same day, this has been notated by a group number. Please pay attention to which group and which date you are when clicking on the zoom link. Also note that the sign-up sheet has been updated to include Faculty/Staff attending each conference.

REMINDER: Quarter 4 Starts Next Week!

Good Afternoon,  

This is a friendly reminder that Quarter 4 starts on Monday, April 7th! If you registered with a Quarterly payment plan, your card will be charged automatically on Monday.

Please let us know by this Saturday, April 5th if you are choosing to withdraw and would like to be removed from autopay. Any withdrawals who have paid in full or are on the biannual payment plan will be refunded.  Please note we do not issue mid-quarter refunds.  

Quarter 1     September 9-November 9

Quarter 2     November 12-February 1

Quarter 3     February 3-April 5

Quarter 4     April 7-June 14
