Valentine’s Day Dress Code!

Hello PNB School Families,

On this Friday and Saturday, February 13th and 14th, all students are permitted to wear solid red, pink, white, or purple leotards (or shirts if following men’s dress code) if they wish in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Ballet appropriate hair accessories are also permitted, but all hair must still be neatly and securely fastened away from the face in a bun or similar style. Students must follow the regular dress code for tights and shoes.

Please contact the school if you have any questions! If your student will be absent this Saturday, please be sure to notify us of their absence so they may be excused.

PNB School Safety and Security Update

Hello PNB School Families,

PNB School wants to reassure our families that we have policies and procedures in place in the event that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or other agents of the federal government attempt to access PNB spaces. To date, PNB has had no instances of ICE activity at any PNB location.

We have posted the following sign on the front doors of the Phelps Center and Francia Russell Center:

” No agent of the federal government, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), may enter these premises for purposes of civil immigration enforcement, absent a valid judicial warrant or court order. This property may not be used for civil immigration enforcement as a staging area, processing location, or operations base. “

Additional protocols for staff have been sent company wide.

As always, the security and safety of our students, families, and staff is our first priority. If you have concerns that prevent your dancer from attending class, this will always be considered an excused absence.

Please let us know if you have any questions, we are here to support your family.
