Hello PNB School families,
There are two upcoming major road closures on our area that may affect your family’s commute to classes, particularly on Saturday May 30 and Saturday June 6.
Eastbound SR 520 closed between I-5 and Montlake Boulevard May 29 – June 1
Eastbound SR 520 will close again on the weekend of May 29 to June 1 as crews shift eastbound traffic onto a new temporary off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard.
Northbound I-5 closed between I-90 and NE 45th June 5 – June 8
The Revive I-5 work zone on Ship Canal Bridge will be removed for the duration of World Cup matches played in Seattle. This means I-5 will be returned to its normal configuration and that the express lanes will return to normal operations.
To do this, northbound I-5 will be fully closed from I-90 to Northeast 45th Street starting as early as 10 p.m. Friday, June 5, to 5 a.m. Monday, June 8, for removal of the work zone.
