Mission Statement/Purpose (Denise Bolstad):

  • Discussion around defining our mission statement as a Parent Association.  Group to review current charter and previous mission and distill down to a shorter statement. 

School Event Calendar:

  • September: 
    • Greeters at the doors at both schools, give directions, answer questions.
    • Merchandise available to sell.
    • Sign up sheet for volunteers + online sign ups.
  • October:
    • Watch days continued
    • Hallo-week days! 10/25-31
  • November:
    • Nutcracker merchandise distribution
  • December
    • Lost and found!
  • January
    • 25: “New Voices”
    • Snow White Merchandise orders
  • February
    • Watch Week
  • April
    • Orders available for Summer Course
  • May:
    • Petite Finale: PA sells flowers, reception with cookies and punch

    • Week of 12th – Distribute school merchandise

Communication

  • We are refreshing our current communication model, stay tuned for continued growth and expanded communication from PNB.

Mentorships/community building

  • Incorporating mentorships and bringing new levels of growth into our students!
  • Higher level students are back volunteering in younger classes.

Merchandise/Fundraising

  • Reviewing upcoming events and merchandise needs for the next year.

Volunteers

  • PNB needs you!  Our parents are integral in building a strong community.  We have many ways you can volunteer your time, whether it is helping new families who need extra help or helping with the Lost and Found!  We welcome any time you can provide.  Inquire with a Parent Association member about current opportunities!
