So that we can begin the fitting process for School Performances costumes, we would appreciate your help with gathering your student’s uniform size.
If you have a female identifying student, please fill out the form with your student’s leotard size.
If you have a male identifying student, please fill out the form with your students leotard/shirt and tights size.
